Campaign Follow-Up and Monitoring
Careful monitoring is important for achieving maximum media results. Regular evaluation of the media buy in light of tracking information allows for continual adjustment and fine-tuning of the ongoing media buy.
Manage Budget
Careful attention to budgets is critical not only to the success of a campaign,but also to the success of the client/company relationship. This area is a priority for us as our procedures will indicate. We seek out the most appropriately priced vendors for each client needs and manages both vendor costs and company fees, as follows:
- Develop competitive production estimates from company and client vendors, as requested
- Incur production costs only after estimate is signed by client
- Track costs in progress and notify client of overages or anticipated overages due to client changes
- Estimate fees based on scope of project, client constraints and our experience
- Manage fees with weekly time sheets by client campaign, notifying client of any anticipated changes to estimate
- Prepare periodic budget status reports for client
Track Results
We will assist in the implementation of the recommended tracking procedures and help analyze and report results. We discuss how to measure success in concrete terms throughout the entire planning process. We define the results of client marketing communications in terms of campaign objectives, such as:
- Category/ brand awareness/perception
- Customer Generation
- Market Share
