Our focus in consumer research is in baby boomer and senior customer markets.  We take pride in serving the varied individual needs of our clients and we specialize in addressing unique and challenging research issues with customized project plans that extend beyond a traditional approach.

Qualitative Marketing Research
Depending on client needs and budgets, we typically propose conducting a series of focus group sessions in selected markets.  Each focus group session would be comprised of eight to ten respondents and each session will last up to two hours.  The exploratory work would enable our client to understand better the attitudes, opinions, habits and practices of target populations on a qualitative basis. 

We are typically responsible for preparing the discussion guides, recruiting the respondents, paying the incentives, moderating the groups and preparing a final report of the findings.  

Quantitative Marketing Research
We typically conduct online surveys (national in scope) of target audience-interviews with target adults.  An online approach is the most efficient and economical methodology for surveying this population.

Our Responsibilities and Deliverables
In collaboration with our clients, we are typically responsible to handle the following aspects of a research project:

  • Consultation and development of the study design
  • Development of all interviewing materials, including writing screeners, discussion guides, questionnaires, programming of all questionnaires and digitizing of all files
  • Administration of the data collection
  • Management of all field operations
  • Statistical analysis and interpretation for segmentation
  • Report the findings.
