In 2004, Coming of Age was engaged to contribute to Humana’s Medicare expansion goals, strategy development and execution.

  • Contributed to the development and execution of a marketing and sales campaign for the November 2005 and 2006 Regional PPO, PDP and Medicare Advantage Plans open enrollment period.
  • Introduced Posit Science Brain Fitness Program. Program offered to all Medicare Advantage members at no cost to member.
  • Consulted with Humana Senior Products Team on the College of Life Research conducted by Sterling Brands.
  • Reviewed RV Tour top line presentation and schedule and made recommendations.
  • Reviewed website home page and plan comparison pages, researched options and made recommendations to improve website for seniors.
  • Reviewed, analyzed and made recommendations on New Member MA & PDP Handbook outlines and strategy documents. Copywriting, creative direction, art direction, layout, design and production including stock photography and custom illustration of PDP and MAP handbooks.
  • Developed comprehensive Mindware Project (Train the Trainer) to improve understanding of older consumers by sales and telemarketing representatives.
  • Edited script for Humana History pre sales seminar video.
  • Developed various product print ads for regional and local markets.

Results:

COA contributed to exceeding 2005 and 2006 membership goals by 40%.
