This area is a priority for us as our procedures will indicate. We seek out the most appropriately priced vendors for each client needs and manages both vendor costs and company fees, as follows:

  • Develop competitive production estimates from company and client vendors, as requested
  • Incur production costs only after estimate is signed by client
  • Track costs in progress and notify client of overages or anticipated overages due to client changes
  • Estimate fees based on scope of project, client constraints and our experience
  • Manage fees with weekly time sheets by client campaign, notifying client of any anticipated changes to estimate
  • Prepare periodic budget status reports for client
