- Track costs in progress and notify client of overages or anticipated
overages due to client changes
- Estimate fees based on scope of project, client constraints and
our experience
- Manage fees with weekly time sheets by client campaign, notifying
client of any anticipated changes to estimate
- Prepare periodic budget status reports for client
